CURE Online Advising Agreement
I understand and agree that when I submit a request to CURE or Credit Union Info, Inc. to participate in the online advising program, and when I participate as an Advisee in online advising with a CURE Volunteer and/or Resource Advisor, I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the CURE advising program outlined as follows: I request general business management advising from CURE. I will cooperate if selected to participate in periodic CURE program surveys designed to evaluate CURE program assistance services. I authorize CURE to furnish relevant information about me to the assigned CURE Advisor(s) on the condition that I expect such information to be held in the Advisor(s)’s strictest confidence. I understand that all CURE Advisors have agreed not to: (1) recommend goods or services from sources outside of CURE in which the Advisor may have an interest and (2) accept any fees or commissions as compensation for the advising relationship. In consideration for CURE's general business advice, I waive all claims against CURE, CURE personnel, Credit Union Info, Inc., any host organizations or entities, and any other CURE Resource Advisors recommended to me through my participation in the CURE program. I understand that CURE Volunteers and Resource Advisors cannot provide advice on the basis of any professional certifications or licenses that they may hold and I will not utilize information provided by CURE Volunteers and Resource Advisors as such. I further understand that my relationship with CURE Volunteers and Resource Advisors does not entitle me to such client privileges as may be associated with any professional certifications or licenses that CURE Volunteers and Resource Advisors may hold.

This privacy statement sets forth our process for handling the information we receive about you when you visit our Web site. The information we receive about you may vary depending upon what actions you take on our Web site.
If you are visiting our Web site to browse, to read, or to download information (ALL VISITORS):
We automatically receive the following information about the computer you are using: the IP address, the browser software, the operating system and the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet. Also, we record the date and time you access our site as well as the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site.

If you request advising services via email:
We will receive your name and email address at the time you submit your request. Also, we receive any other personal information that you choose to provide in the text of your email request. Your name and email address will be used to respond to your request for general business advising. The CURE Advisor who receives your email request will have access to the personal information provided by you in the text of your email request. In order to better serve you, the CURE Advisor will keep your personal information confidential except to consult with other CURE Advisors about your situation.
If you agree to receive CURE email updates:
We will receive your name and email address and the other general information that you choose to provide to us about yourself. Your name and email address will be used to deliver the email updates or announcements that you have requested.
CURE email updates or announcements may contain links or references to various CURE commercial partners, but such links and references do not represent any use, sale or dissemination of your personal information to CURE commercial partners. At any time, you can be removed from a CURE mailing list by sending a message to ExecDirector@curetiredexecs.com with the word “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
If you submit a testimonial or success story to CURE:
We will receive your name and email address in addition to your testimonial or success story.
You understand that by submitting your testimonial or success story, you grant CURE your consent to its use in the manner described below.
At our discretion, we may display your testimonial or success story on our site. Your testimonial will include the personal information you provide as part of your submission.
Security
This site is secured to protect any loss, misuse and/or alteration of the information under our direct control. To prevent unauthorized access to your information, we have put in place physical access restrictions, software defenses and written guidelines for CURE personnel to keep your personal information confidential. Also, we have installed other safeguards to notify us in the event of loss of Internet connectivity. However, even with these safeguards in place, unauthorized access, loss of connectivity or hardware failure can still occur. Because the opportunity for security failure exists, we cannot guarantee that each and every safeguard will be totally effective at all times nor can we take responsibility for any lost or delayed requests, lost emails or lost content that may result from a loss of connectivity or other technical failures.
Children’s Privacy
We are very concerned about the protection of children’s privacy. We do not anticipate that children will visit or use the CURE Web site, our email counseling or our other services. We will not knowingly collect personal information of any kind, online or offline, from a child under the age of 13 and if we learn or suspect that a child between the ages of 13 and 18 is providing personal information, we will immediately discontinue collection of such information.
